Australian Pipeline Trust (APA) announced it had executed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire the Allgas gas distribution business in South East Queensland from ENERGEX Limited (a Queensland Government owned corporation) for $521 million (plus acquisition costs), following a competitive tender process.
