Australian Pipeline Trust (APA) is pleased with the Federal Court ruling today. The Federal Court has upheld the finding of the Takeovers Panel that Alinta’s recent acquisition of 10.25% of units in APA was made in unacceptable circumstances. The Federal Court also upheld the Takeovers Panel order that these units be divested.
