Australian Pipeline Trust (APA) Chairman, Mr George Bennett, today announced the
appointment of Ms Jane McAloon as a Director on the Board of Australian Pipeline Limited, the responsible entity of APA, effective from 23 March 2005.
Ms McAloon replaces Mr John Fletcher as one of the two Australian Gas Light Company
representatives on the Board.
“Ms McAloon brings extensive government, regulatory and legal experience to the Board and will make a valuable contribution” Mr Bennett said.
The appointment of Ms McAloon follows the resignation of Mr John Fletcher from the Board on 23 March 2005.
“Mr Fletcher served as a Director since APA floated in June 2000. The Board thanks him for his contribution,” concluded Mr Bennett.
