Australian Pipeline Trust (APA) Chairman, Mr George Bennett, today announced the
appointment of Mr Ross Gersbach as a Director, the Board of Australian Pipeline Limited, the responsible entity of APA, effective from 26 August 2004.
Mr Gersbach replaces Mr Les Fisk as one of the two Australian Gas Light Company
representatives on the Board.
“Mr Gersbach brings extensive corporate and financial experience to the Board and will
make a valuable contribution” Mr Bennett said.
The appointment of Mr Gersbach follows the retirement of Mr Les Fisk from the Board on 26 August 2004.
“Mr Fisk served as a Director since APA floated in June 2000. The Board thanks him for his contribution,” concluded Mr Bennett.
