APA Chairman, Mr George Bennett announced that from today, the Chief Executive
Officer Mr Jim McDonald, would be appointed Managing Director of the responsible
entity – Australian Pipeline Limited.
“The Board is delighted at Mr McDonald’s stewardship of APA and believes that he will
provide a significant contribution to the APA Board in his new role,” Mr Bennett
commented.
“Jim’s 25 years of pipeline experience, coupled with his broad corporate and commercial experience has contributed to the success of APA to date. In his role as president of Australian Pipeline Industry Association and chief executive officer of APA, Mr McDonald has provided a strong industry voice, both in dealing with the community and with government and regulators. I believe that his appointment to Managing Director is a natural progression,” Mr Bennett concluded.
