APA  Group  (ASX:APA)  has  today  concluded  the  acquisition  of  the  Berwyndale to Wallumbilla  Pipeline  from  AGL  Energy  Limited  for  $82.6  million.   The transaction  was  announced  on  19^{th  March  2010.}
