APA Group (APA), after completing a strategic review of its business, has announced that it intends to establish an unlisted vehicle to hold a number of its existing assets that have annuity-style revenue streams. This restructuring proposal is designed to free up APA’s balance sheet and enable APA to pursue a greater range of attractive growth opportunities in the medium term.
